Hi Nancy and Mooooogy. :)

I'm just thirsty for water this morning.. as usual. :)

Not much else going on here - so I'm off to work.

And if you read this - good luck Rabz, and good job John! :)

Thankfully power has been restored for most of the town. Just little odd and ends need to be done. Less phone calls so far 45 min into shift.

I went to the liquor store that has the FVCK COVID beers and bought some. They both come in 4 packs of 16 oz. cans and the store didn't have either of them in the singles section so I bought a 4 pack of each. Since today is IPA Day and neither one of them is an IPA, I'll wait until tomorrow to try them.

Hi there! Today is the perfect summer day. It started cool and warmed up to comfortable while I fished. The small lake was bust at noon with pontoons and kayaks. I did burgers on the grill, we ate on the gazeboand soon it will be time for a banana split. Life is good.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Thanks for the kind words all.

So by way of an update; positions were offered and one was accepted. :)

The paperwork is in train.

The job is nominally in South Australia but the bosses are happy for me to move or not. The weird thing is that the new role will begin with a six month secondment to yet another division of the business to dig them out of a hole.

Is this a garden trowel size hole or dinosaur killing crater size?

Been hungry for some cajun food or creole or whatever. So I made some jambalaya.
Made it with chicken breast and smoked kielbasa. :pirate:

At this point I have no idea but fear the latter. Plus it involves a bunch of secret squirrel stuff just to make it interesting.
