I did get a nap in. But also finished up some Ritz/peanutbutter/dipped in chocolate cookies. Ryan requested them so they are done. I am not a neat cook, so I have peanutbutter and chocolate up to my elbows....ok, not quite that bad. But it is under my fingernails.

The good thing about Wednesday, the bars close 10 pm in Jersey. So it will not be busy at work. On the other hand I'm on vacation anyway.

Thanksgiving Eve was always a bar get together for our crowd coming home from college. We used to meet at The Pub in the parking lot of Pathmark/Kmart on 35. It was a pub on one side and a packie on the other.

I did get a nap in. But also finished up some Ritz/peanutbutter/dipped in chocolate cookies. Ryan requested them so they are done. I am not a neat cook, so I have peanutbutter and chocolate up to my elbows....ok, not quite that bad. But it is under my fingernails.

My mom, aunt & cousin & I get together the 1st part of Dec every year to make a variety of cookies for friends, Dr's/nurse's, work, etc & those are always on our 'make' list.

Croissants & Jam for brekkie.

Got caught in a rain squall on my walk this morning, luckily it's a warm morning.

There is a garbage compactor truck outside our house, it's been there since early this morning when it made a horrendous noise while compacting. I think it broke something.

Mrs Rabz is quite ill again. The good news is she has been accepted onto a research program to try and work out what is wrong.

So sorry to hear this. Best wishes for some answers and healing.

JD's their best DJ, imo. Met him at JB (I think, ) last year. So humble & gracious. Seems like just a good guy!

JD is the best. I would always spend time with him chatting when we would have lunch at Margaritaville.

This has been going on for about 5 years now, I guess. They are calling it Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome. It has come about after a bout of Ross River Virus. It is like chronic fatigue syndrome so they actually have exactly zero idea what it is, what triggers it or how to cure it.

The research program in trying to find out those thing but more importantly it is trying to invent ways to manage the symptoms and let sufferers get back to something like a normal life.
