I got everything that I have made in 3 2 gallon ziplock bags.
Acutally, the one with the squres has lot of room left in it.
I will do a smaller bag with the wool items I have, but the rest will go in the larger bags.
Now to find a BIG manilla-ish bag to mail them in...or whenever I'm done [smilie=beadygrinner.gif]

Anyway, I counted and I just started my 39th hat :)
Maybe I can get some of it done during the show tonight [smilie=beadygrinner.gif]

Between being sick and having to concentrate what energy I've got on making stuff for the store, I've really not got a who lot done. Maybe 10 squares and a hat.

You're so right, Molly - it's not a competition. I'm doing the best I can, but it sure isn't what you've been able to do! I hate this working full time stuff!
I've got 29 squares done and starting my 30th.
Next?

That is wonderful!!!!

Trust me, if I was still working, you wouldn't be seeing me getting any of these hats done.

I don't know if you have read the whole thread or not, but alot of us find crocheting squares is faster than knitting.
I started looming hats because it was faster for me.
You do whatever you feel most comfortable with

I haven't read any of the thread but the first post or two. I agree about the squares. I am a pretty speedy crocheter (?) so I will probably do that.
Thanks!!!

Welcome Michelle! So good to have another set of hands helping us out!
Can everyone start thinking of things to put in the letter that we'd like to include? I'm still thinking middle of April if that's alright with all of you. If you want to send me your squares sooner just email me and I'll send you my address.

I hope no one was holding their breath waiting for my yarn!!!! I finally got into where my knitting stuff is stored and............all I have are my needles!!!! The more I think about it, I believe I donated the extra yarn to a co-worker about a year ago (especially since her knitting loom/circle isn't their either). Sorry I couldn't help out this go-round, but THANK YOU all for doing this. :( :D

Very[i] cool, Molly!
Thought I'd let you know, I'm using ALL of my leftover yarn. I've been saving what I clip off when I weave in the ends in a bag. When spring finally rolls around here, I'll put them in a mesh bag and hang it from a tree for the robins to use in their nest building!
