Confess to not knowing Connie. Also confess to being close to these kind of circumstances wayyyy to often the last couple years. Confess to the fact that my heart goes out to Connie & her Family! God Bless the love that Connie has obviously created over the years with the contingent of BN Phamily who has given such an outpouring of love & emotions during this past week.

Probably not appropriate considering the mood but she pinched my ass once (I think it was at Mohegan but who the f*ck knows).
Connie, if you are reading this - you got strong fingers (for a girl).

. . I think someone once said " standing at the Pearly Gates, it matters not your wealth, your fame, your beauty or your importance . . what matters is the lives you've touched in a positive way . . " ( or something like that )
. . I think this thread shows just how many of us think of Connie as someone who made us laugh, giggle . . or just felt better about ourselves having known her . .

It's ok. There are several of us here ( me and PA Parrot included) that have never met Connie but you know what? It doesn't matter. We have formed a bond on this thing called Buffettnews and it's an amazing thing.

yep. I look forward to my Buffettnews Christmas cards and our discussions on FB. In many ways, BN folk are closer to me than friends and family I have known for years.

I am happy to report that she brought her own coffee pot to MOTM two years ago. We bonded over good coffee and Monster energy drinks.Tequila Revenge wrote:We uses to lament how bad hotel room coffee was. And the good coffe was always downstairs in the lobby. She didn't want to feel left out as the only person that hasn't pinched your ass.drunkpirate66 wrote:Probably not appropriate considering the mood but she pinched my ass once (I think it was at Mohegan but who the f*ck knows).

I was with Connie a couple of days ago and you and the Boy Band Tour came up.drunkpirate66 wrote:Probably not appropriate considering the mood but she pinched my ass once (I think it was at Mohegan but who the f*ck knows).

She asked if I knew you and said you are a great guy.
She told me that when she first met you she said to you
"It's not true what everyone says about you. You're not an a**hole"
