Good morning BN. We have a concert this afternoon and reindeer with Santa in the park tonight.

Fa la la la la!
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill, Debbie, and BN!

I am also doing the Christmas thing today. I am in a Santa 5K where we have to wear the full suit, beard and all. My friend and I are walking (I only run when a bear is chasing me) and when we ordered the Santa suits, they told us to order a size up because the run small. Got them home this week to find out that they had them packaged incorrectly and the outside size sticker was what we ordered but the inside size sticker was a size bigger.. :o

Needless to say, we will be looking like a Santa on the Atkins Diet and probably will be tripping over our huge pants and way too long coat sleeves :)

It should be a fun time!
well, ummmmmmm, yah, I guess I better come up with something witty to put in this spot since everyone is reading it.......

Hello.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

Good morning. Just relaxing while I decide what time I want to hit the road for the trip to North Charleston. No coffee today, it's only a 2 hour ride I want to make it non-stop. There's a Mellow Mushroom on the way, about 20-25 minutes from the hotel. There's another one about 5 minutes from the hotel but it's across the street from an outlet mall so there might be traffic jams. There's also a Hooters about 10 minutes away, the Holy City Brewing taproom is one exit away on the interstate and the Rusty Bull taproom is less than 2 miles away. I have options for lunch.

I got an email from Twin Peaks last night, I signed up for their email newsletter so I can find out if they have anything going on whenever I go to Las Vegas (the closest one to me is 125 miles away so I never go there), for a limited time they're serving a beer from Sam Adams called Utopia. You get a 2 oz. glass for $20. It's 27% ABV. :o Even if they were around the block from me, I think I would pass on that.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

1st weekend in Dec means official Christmas time at Ringville!! I always feel Thanksgiving gets the short straw jammed in-between Halloween and Christmas. So today has been spent telling Kevin where each of our 1,000 (at least thats how many he feels we have) decorations go! Believe me, I'd rather be physically able to do this all myself but we're getting there. Leaving soon to go get the tree. several friends have offered to come over to watch Kevin decorate it !

The Mellow Mushroom in Mt. Pleasant has a waitress who looks like a younger Penny from The Big Bang Theory. Unfortunately my server was a guy. He did a good job but he wasn't as cute as the blonde.
