Yes. It isn't names yet but called L95 so far.

That would be a good move. Be safe Larry!! And why would they build a building , to only withstand a cat 1. Every year there is a potential of a stronger hurricane.

We were in Antigua for Hurricane Luis - category 4/5.

Definitely not for the faint of heart.
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...
