I get 15 sick a year. 21 working days vacation which comes to about 7 weeks. 4 personal which comes out of sick bank

"Sick days" are rare anymore. When I was with DIRECTV it was all just PTO, used for whatever needed. I was up to 28 working days. Miss that. And Holidays were pretty generous, too.

I can’t complain. Only work 15 16 days a month notinluding vacation or sick. This month only 11 days working

You guys have it better than we do.
12 days of sick a year, 16 days of vaca & no personal days. We are able to comp our ot - which I do so I can have my time off during the summer.

We can’t hold comp days anymore. I think we max at 8 hours. Part of the deal when we went with the new schedule. I missed the 28 vacation days by 2 months. The three people before me get 16 sick days
