Off to scrape off the car, and head to that place. It's 'payroll day', where I have to approve time cards for 60 people.

Holiday for me and Kevin. It's 8:30 here and he's already started brewing the 1st batch of the "5 O'clock Brewery" beer for our Parrotfest.

I'm off to the gym and then a dr appt. Not sure how I'll fill the rest of my day.

I went to Walmart before I went to the supermarket. I needed a new filter for my a/c unit and the fluorescent light in my pantry blew this morning so I had to replace that too. First time since I moved here. The new one says it should last 44 years based on 3 hours use per day. Since I only turn it on when I'm looking for something in the pantry, 3 hours per day seems like a lot. I should never have to replace it again, I'll be 111 in 44 years and I'm already on the downhill side of the mountain of life so I don't expect to live that long.

Ahoy! I cancelled an eye appointment last week and had to cancel today while 15 miles into the trip. Anne was felling poorly and she is rarely sick. I went to the gym and after a good work out, I was cooling down and pulled a ham string.

This just isn't my day.

Anne is feeling better. That helps.

I went to Walmart mainly for legal yellow pads. I have looked at 3 stores and everyone was out.
I use them for shopping and travel lists.
I could have bought yellow but found a package of three pads...pink, blue and green. Why not make my lists more fun.

I was a practicing attorney for 13 years, I never used a yellow legal pad. The firm I worked for didn't even have them in the supply room, we used white pads. They weren't legal size either, they were 8 1/2 X 11.

I said legal and the label said legal but the pads are 8 1/2 x 11. I don't know when I have seen true legal pads.
My lists are still pretty.

Bryan was off work today, but I was not. Busy day at the shop putting away all Valentine decor, vases, cards and window display objects. Started the Spring window display while making floral designs and answering the phone in between. It's spitting snow ❄ ❄ ❄ at the moment, but I get to stay home tomorrow, so I'm not going to be out and about early. Have a great evening!

To update here (cause I posted on FB) So, I had a followup with Spine One today. What a wonderful PA. I can try more injections with different medications into different areas of my back and see if they help. For the first time since I've been going to them in December, she actually gave me another option, and seek the opinion of a surgeon. They gave me a name of a practice they recommend. I will wait for them to contact me in the next few days (once they have my files: x-rays, MRI, and procedures) I'm kinda at my wits end with this pain.
