We are off to the Paris concert
We have got two of the only four hundred ticketa to the Paris concert.
At long last we do not need to fly across the pond to see Jimmy.
Over the last few years we have travelled across to the USA six times to see Jimmy in concerts all over the country!
Many thanks to Jackie Day in Canada for telling me about the concert well in advance.

Only 6 times? What's wrong with you? And why didn't you go to Anguilla?! LOLukparrotthead wrote:We have got two of the only four hundred ticketa to the Paris concert.

My new word for the day, I love the internet.
Y'all have fun in Paris, drink or sip a couple for us back here in the States.

I can only agree cobber, tho I think you should change your name to "cranky" cos Jimmy ain't going to Oz and you're bitter about it! LOLcreeky wrote:Well this is bringing the pommies out of the woodwork

Well done you lot in the WIndies, you spanked everyone, but I'm glad I chose o see JB in Anguilla rather than the English cricket team in Antigua.
Jill, glad you got your tix before the sales site was made public and sold out! Does Sis know yet? See you there.

Nah .. I am over it now .. I have had my 5 minute rant In honesty - it is more for others than me. I am going to the USA from Mid Sept to Mid Nov this year, and have purposely done it so that there is no Buffett show where I am going, as I want to visit friends I met through the music more. I could go to a concert if I wanted to - as I know Vegas will be on in Oct ...... but I have been lucky to see him a few times .....Westway001 wrote:I can only agree cobber, tho I think you should change your name to "cranky" cos Jimmy ain't going to Oz and you're bitter about it! I tried to stay awake to watch the world cup final - It was on from midnight till morning here - but I failed ...... I work with a load of Sri Lankans so it was "on"

Yep. Sis knows, but she still can't talk in full sentences since I told her!
She never dreamed she would see Paris and to see Jimmy in a small venue there has her in shock
Jill

Your sister is going to have a BLAST!
We saw him in Aspen for my 40th and it was the best ever.
We have tickets for Paris, too. It's really hard to go to the large concerts once you're spoiled by the small venues.
Paris should be a long trip but it has to be easier to get to than Aspen and Anguilla!
Any idea what he will sing in Paris?
