Wow. Gone a couple days and his thread takes off.. I looked at my chart that shows my weight loss on loseit! and saw the typical weight loss curve.. Dramatic sharp turn almost straight down for the first 9 months, then an leveling off to a slight upswing over the last 3 months.. I've hit that huge plateau stage and it seems like I can't break it now matter how much I try. I'm down a bit over 70 lbs but want to lose another 20. Boy this is going to be tough.. :-?

Congrats to Johnson, Breeze, Landsharkgirl, Jack and all the others that are still kicking a$$.

Thanks!!!

Everyone has been doing an amazing job.

One of the things they talk about with P90X is muscle confusion, you may need to mix your workouts up a little, do something different. Plus those last pounds are without a doubt the hardest to get off. Keep working, after 70 pounds I know you can get those last ones off.

Here's my first pair of running shoes, and I retired them today. I've put over 620 miles on them.

Started back to speed walking three weeks ago. Trying to do 4-6 miles every day and finally got a weight bench to go with my weights. I'm off to Indiana in June for Ukulele World Congress (several hundred ukulele players gather from all around the world) and I'll be meeting many on-line friends for the first time.

on top of a workout at the gym, walked 18 holes today. tell you what, being 40 lbs lighter and having more muscle tone makes golf a whole lot more fun. I played some of the best I ever played and it was only my second time out this year.

Great going, JacK!

I hit a quick 18 holes between 4 and 6 with one of my best friends. I'm so glad that I'm in good enough shape to do that after a long day of meetings, etc, eventhough it WAS in carts.  Always nice to be able to say YES, I can play.

(Only shot 99...but had pars on 2, 5, 7 & 8 and the REST was just FAST...not good!)

11 miles!?!? Yikes...I can't even imagine. Great job, though!

Back on the wagon after falling off for four days. I didn't eat really bad...but I didn't have time (or motivation) to work out since Friday. So, it felt good to get back to step class this morning.

Today is the last day in my 20's...so, I'm trying to enjoy it. Going shopping and will take the dog for a walk. Have a great day, guys!

4 pounds to 200, 5 to being under 200. The last couple of months have not been great to me in terms of weight loss, I'm stronger and faster.

I cannot remember the last time I was under 200 pounds, probably not even since junior high school. Most likely elementary school.

Can't wait to see where it goes from there.
