Then they would almost be the Green Bay Packers .... who are 12-0 after beating NYG in overtime Sunday.

Exactly.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Obviously a joke, as$.

Offensive Rookie Honors should go to Andy Dalton (Not Cam Newton). But it won't. Fantasy stats rule all (despite Newton's win and Dalton's loss today I stand by this).

Tebow won again. Thinking with a weak AFC, Denver could squeeze out a playoff win.
Dalton has pretty good fantasy football stats as well. Cam Newton gets all the focus just because of where he was drafted. He has 17 TDs 12 Ints, 2644 yards.

Newton has 13 TDs (thrown), 14 Ints, and 3297 yards.

Yes I purposely left off the touchdowns that were run in because I can't remember what each has in that.

The point being is Dalton leads an offense who is contending for a playoff spot. Even after yesterday's loss the Bengals, with 7 wins 5 losses, are still a potential playoff team. Dalton wins games (atleast at the time of these posts - obviously that can change). Newton (albeit winning 2 in a row) leads a last place team in a division that is far worse then Dalton's. Newton, despite his fantasy stats, does not win enough to produce playoff level consideration. His offense is averaging something like 3 points or less per game then Dalton's offense over the course of the season. There is not much differential in actual production but there is plenty of differential between the two where it counts in the win column.

(And Tony Romo is not a good QB 8) ).
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

Well...the tailgate was awesome as always. The Bucs on the other wore the throw back unis and reminded me of how terrible they used to be.
Jimmie Giles was inducted in the ring of honor... so that was cool. 8)
Cam Newton is gonna be hell to deal with for the next several years in the NFC south.

DUH !!! :-)
If the Bears win another game this year I'll shave my head.

Also, the N.F.L. has never haf teams go 16-0 AND 0-16 in the same season.
That's well on the way to happening this year.

After the Jags got embarrassed last night, rumor has it that Shahid Khan walked into the NFL meeting today and said "no thanks"

All I have to say in GREAT JOB to the Denver Broncos! As a fan since the '70s, this is very exciting!

They've won 2 more games that I thought they would

I am still not sure that Tebow is the "long term" solution

I'd hate to be in John Elway's shoes at the end of the season

God Bless Tim Tebow! Let's ride this wave!!!!

The entire TEAM, mostly their kicker, was a huge part of the Broncos win tonight. :) The first 3 quarters the offense sucked, the defense did good.

Actually Marion Barber was the player who won the game for Denver...why he is going out of bounds and stopping the clock makes me scratch my head...not a smart play.....then fumbling in OT....they gave it to Denver.....i was at a bar with a Bears fan and a Broncos fan.....i thought the bears fan was going to jump off a bridge!!!

I'm calling it right now, the Packers will NOT lose next week.

Haley has got to be close to being out the door this week. I can't remember a coach getting a penalty like that. And there is nothing to say about Tyler Palko.
