This one hurts. Big fan of him, his restaurant, his books, and his shows.

Sail on, Anthony.

Agreed. I really enjoyed "Kitchen Confidential." When that book came out, the celebrity chef thing was starting to take off. But there he was writing about drugs, alcohol and the debauchery that often goes on in a restaurant's kitchen. Because of that book I try to avoid restaurants on a Monday, rarely trust one that serves brunch or has the owner's name as its name, and am even more respectful of the hard working men and women who work in the industry.
