OK someone tell a newbie what is going on. LOL I am trying to make my plans for the show. Guessing that since I am on the phone list someone will call and we will all meet? What time is everyone going down? I am bringing shrimp skewers soaked in garlic lime and tequlia and a grill to throw them on! I need an idea of how many "friends" to expect.

With BN folks you should expect around 50-75 (check the very first post of this thread).... I think the group will probably make decisions about where to meet up BEFORE the show and then caravan to a parking lot(that may have been decided- i haven't been following the thread tooo closely since I can't go now)....stragglers should probably plan on calling the group to find out where everyone is meeting...I'm sure the phone list will be emailed out before the event....

most of all HAVE fun...you are about to meet some of the best folks and friends ever

In case you are interested and don't know, the local ParrotHead club has a band that is playing for tailgaiting that starts at 3:00pm

Welcome Jennilou. Once the phone list is distributed keep it handy. Day of if things aren't tightly organized (sometimes they are and sometimes it's pretty loose, basically. if nothing's been posted about specific group plans -- place and time), I'd suggest you reach out and make calls down the list. Through that I'm sure you'll stumble upon some semblance of where folks are hanging out and what they're up to...and then just join in the fun. The shrimp skewers sound great (I'd plan as if you're going to any other party where you bring something to share...maybe plan for 10-12 as pretty much everyone will bring something)...enjoy the show and I hope our paths cross amongst all this chaos.
