Depending on what weather report you watch, we may need that dance for Saturday.

And it looks like Dempster will be pitching Friday :D :D

I guess none of us know of any at this point.
For any of you city-dwelling Parrotheads looking for a shuttle to/from the city, I found one! Bar1 Events has busses leaving from a few different bars on the north side (Lakeview neighborhood) for $30/seat round trip. Granted they are not my favorite bars, but it's just for shuttle service so shouldn't be bad. The price is definitely right!

weather.com keeps changing--one minute it talks about scattered showers on Friday and the next time I look, they say scattered showers on Saturday. They should scatter far, far away!!!

EJ - Not sure you saw the post but there is a vacant/closed Krispy Kreme on Harlem that may be a good rally point for the drive into the venue lot for you Hampton folks.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

If I never see another G.D. drop of water for the rest of my life, that'll be fine with me.

I did, Matt-thanks for all the work you have done! I think at this point the Thursday group is small enough that we will just gather at the Hampton and head over, but I am looking forward to a coordinated effort for Saturday!

And you are right about the concession areas being small in the lot, but that is already more than Tinley did, they apparently are going to sell ice too, and that strikes me as pretty smart business on their part. Just looking at the Toyota Park website tells me they have a totally different attitude about this than Tinley did, and the folks I have talked to on the phone have been really nice, and really excited about all of this!

For those flying into O'Hare, but heading out towards Midway, here is a way to get from one airport to the other:

Diane's father sailed on today.
We no longer will be attending the concert.
Our four tickets are available at any reasonable price if anybody would like them.
They were $86 each, I won't put them on the exchange until tomorrow night .
See Y'all in '09!
