So i am our group organizer if you can not tell. I brought up the bus to some of my people and they are a little apprehensive. Is their a bathroom on the bus? Some of the girls were worried about their purses and such as they dont want to take into concert, but leaving them is concerning to them. Can we bring coolers, grills, chairs, ect on the bus as well. What time does the bus head to venue, and come back? Sorry for so many questions.

2. Yes there are bathrooms on the bus
3. I have left things on the bus, the drivers lock the bus up and some go in to the concert
4. Yes you can bring coolers, grills, chairs on the bus. Chairs and coolers are suggested
5. The bus leaves when everyone is one...so don't be a pansy and take your time. The bus has NEVER left before the last song is finished. The bus leaves for the concert at their arranged time. Typically you have a good 4-5 hours to party before the concert starts!

I have to send you photos still...so here are the once I spoke of. I do not have the photo of the bus on the other side, I will ask to see if I can get a photo.
Yes that is the venue in the back...and Yes the drivers are amazing!!!! Be sure to tip them afterwards, it is nice and they really do not make that much - tips are a great bonus!

You all can rent your own bus, it will cost more and smaller depending on your group. Do not bring anything to the concert you do not need....Limit the purse items! and the purse

I have my tickets and booked our room (2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express). Now it's time to sit and wait.

I've been to many Jimmy Buffett concerts, but have always driven and tailgated in the far parking lot. My group decide to do something different this year and attend the Tom Watt party, and then ride the bus to the Pavilion.

I love the pictures karat posted. It looks like we are in for a good time. I can't wait to meet everyone. There are 4 of us attending.

Count us in again this year. We got our 6 tickets so we are ready to come up from Morgantown,WV. Glad it is on a Thursday this year so I can have a 4 day weekend. That gives me 3 days to recoup!

Buses stay right there where we all can set up camp Makes it nice to be able to place items back under bus carrying area if needed. I have always taken small should strap purse or camera carry case for 'stuff' us women just have to have.
Sure they look in it before going into concert but no big deal.
