Looks like I can now cancel those four other weekend hotel reservations for May since the concert is now confirmed for May 21. For one, I think we ought to boycott the Comfort Suites in Frisco for price gouging.

Comfort Suites has been sold out for months. Boycotting will not phase them. Hilton Garden Inn went from $79.00 to $199.00, fortunately, some of us booked HGI a couple of months ago. Supply and demand.

Guess I'll announce another Small Change Container contest, since the entries last year were so cool. We'll have awards for the top three, just as fancy as the ones before! Ok, so they weren't...it's still phun to win. We garnered quite a little bit of money for charity; those coins add up. Even if you don't want to decorate, start throwing your loose change in a container and bring it on.

You are correct, I guess I should have said "will" be sold out. Unless you are on their call list, you don't stand a chance of getting a reservation anyway. My reservation request was about number 60 to be received by CS.

Looking into RV this year but have backup at holiday inn express. May have to come visit y'all if it gets too hot! What a great way to spend my birthday (again)!
