Went on line on my work computer just now 9 & A HALF HOURS AFTER TICKETS WENT ON SALE and got one for section 9. Not the greatest seat, but a damn decent one.
Not too many years ago I would've been totally shut out 9 & a half MINUTES later, much less 9 & a half hours.

My boss recognizes my work ethic, and knows he can count on me whenever someone is needed for overtime or a not so glamorous assignment, so, over the past five or six years, he's pretty much given me carte blanche whenever I want to use a vacation day/days.

I'm already into almost $500 of concert tickets for other stuff this season - that doesn't require airfare) so I'll wait and see what else comes up!

I already got a hotel room and haven't cancelled it yet. Having been there I know the tailgates are epic. We'll see what happens. Maybe we should run a van from New England so others can come too.

Looks like at least one of our 'keets from Orlando will be joining us for the tailgate. Her birthday is the 27th, so we can have a little late celebration. Our other 'keet is a first year teacher, so she isn't so sure about a Friday day off. We'll see.

We're in!! EIGHTEEN lawn tickets this year for phamily and phriends.

We were really sweating having to buy that many. Good thing the ticket scalpers didn't scoop them up so quickly this year.

This will be my first time in Tampa and at the venue. I booked a room at the La Quinta Inn anybody know if that is walkable or should i be looking for a cab? I'll be coming in on Thursday and may try to get some fishing in also looking for other interesting things to do while i'm around if anyone has suggestions.
