I don't normally throw a pity party, but the burned place under my arm has been on fire (pun intended) since the mammogram Tuesday. They have to put a magnetic strip over it for the radiologist, and the adhesive they use rips the skin to hell and back.
I used to be a weenie when it came to pain, but after radiation, I became almost oblivious to it. But as the maid in "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" said, "This here is something else." It was bad last year, but not like this.
Anyway, I'm listening to the Dallas show to keep me from running screaming from the building.
Send up some phin power phor me if you have a minute.
Your pal,
ETP

Awww Terry. So sorry.
What is wrong with people who work in the medical field?!?
They should have used use paper tape or other tape for sensitive skin.
How about a Pineapple & Aloe Martini to cool the pain away...

Awwww....you listen to that show, then, and think about all the happiness that day. The silver chain stays phrimly around my neck phor you. Look back through the FB albums. Just lose yourself in happy thoughts. Share them with Mr. Mojito. Mr. Mojito and Maggie the Pirate Dog are taking good care of me. I have an ice pack under the arm and lots of chemicals. I'm fixing to (yes, I was an English major, but sometimes my grandmother's way of speaking works better) have a nice long conversation with my pillow.
