There's a great El Fenix not too far from us ... Auntie has eaten there before ... they do serve great Margaritas ... The original one is right close to where we're staying ... it's been around since the 1950s, at least ... I grew up eating there.
OOO!! then I vote phor that! maybe I'll end up drinking margaritas out of two straws at the same time again! I understand I was very entertaining doing that
El Fenix sounds good.

I see that In And Out is right where Greenville Avenue starts heading south. I think that area sounds like fun to visit. Red Velvet cake at the Velvet Taco after burgers? :D
I'm down with that!!! Anyone going to be around Friday for some Friday fun? I'm not leaving til Saturday :D

That works for me. The Velvet Taco is open all night on the weekends ... and it's just up the road from Hoot Island .... 8)
Gentilly ... 42 years is a long time to wait .... a Northeast Texas woman can hope.

Auntie-Can I have 2 KK hats, too, please? Pretty please????
Well...since you DID you the correct for of the word meet ("meet, not meat") I'll see what I can do [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif]
Speaking of which, we could USE some MEAT (not meet) for the breakphast. I vote for bacon :D
Don and I will have a handle of Titos vodka infused with Wright bacon. I have only tasted it with OJ and it was surprisingly good........like eating a bite of bacon and taking a sip of OJ all at the same time. I have also heard it makes great Bloody Marys. We will have OJ and Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix to go with it............
this is a pic of the infusing process....

This is another authentic Mexican place ... ate there once a week when I was in college/working at the apparel mart. Yum-o. The one on Maple is very close to the hotel.

There is an app for Starbucks, but I can usually see one down the street as I exit another ;)

I'll check if there's one for Krispy Kreme :)

Funny, I think I asked ETP about Turkey Hill Mojito once.
