I should prolly keep my mouth shut about the hotel....I guessed wrong the first time, I could still be wrong.
What do I know, I'm from Colorado?!?!
It's all good. We're at the same place ... AND ... we're not that far from Sonny Bryan's original BBQ joint ... the best on the planet as far as I'm concerned ...
Boyz from Boston checking in. Sorry to say to our FRIENDS from Frisco that Thursday show has screwed us up good. We will miss you all this year and maybe back in Frisco on a weekend in 2013
The weather is here , wish you were beautiful : Bostons favorite pirate
Wednesday night meet-up:
I'm not big on Hooters....don't eat wings.
I was thinking Sonny's but if they close early....darn!
So I'm good with the Velvet Taco....as long as they sell t-shirts. Of not, what's the point??

Just a thought...I remember going out to Hoot Island with Bill, Fritz, & a few others about 6 weeks before the show last time and spreading some Amdro to get rid of the ants.
Has anyone thought about this? Bill? What about access? We were the only area in the lot that didn't have fire ants. It was a real blessing.
Some people never find it, some only pretend
But me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.

There's a great El Fenix not too far from us ... Auntie has eaten there before ... they do serve great Margaritas ... The original one is right close to where we're staying ... it's been around since the 1950s, at least ... I grew up eating there.
Gentilly ... 42 years is a long time to wait .... a Northeast Texas woman can hope.
My love is an anchor tied to you, tied with a silver chain.

El Fenix sounds good.
I see that In And Out is right where Greenville Avenue starts heading south. I think that area sounds like fun to visit. Red Velvet cake at the Velvet Taco after burgers?
