So far, but yet, so near

When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

Hope to see you there! Edith and I should be there between 3 and 5 PM
have to say this is the quietest board ever for a JB show at JB.
with that said all food is prepared and ready to go, car is packed ice in freezer waiting to go in coolers.
Supposed to gorgous day tomorrow.
I'm going to the Thursday show and tailgate but the urge is there to swing by today...its looking like you may have better weather today for the show then we will on Thursday.
Have to admit that my outlook for this show was bleak, with that being said I can say that the lot was just as much fun as it usually is no matter what day of the week it is.
Their was more than a few bands playing...espsecially good was Jimmy n the Parrots and
Copy Cats.
Show looked from my seats that it did finally sell out, cause up till monday they still had plenty of seats available.

All in all was a good show as always is.
Its interesting, I was discussing the show with someone from work who went to it and he said he won tickets through Live Nation a few days back. When he was picking up the tickets his name was something like 189 on the winner list which was in alphabetical order and his last name begins with a "G" so it seems they may have given alot of tickets away to fill the venue. I'm curious if it will be back to one show next year again. Regardless, its always a good time.
