The Flamingo has a pool party. It's crowded, the drinks are overpriced and the only beer they have is Blandshark.

I don't think there will be a pool party at the Flamingo this year. If you look at the Saturday schedule of activities for ACMs Party for a Cause this year, the Flamingo pool is hosting a party featuring several country artists during the day on April 1st.

Let's hope another property will pick up the slack and put on a nice pre-party this April.

The MGM Pool is awesome so maybe they will do something. It seems they are free of ACM events that day.

MGM has Wet Republic and Zedd is djing there on April 1st. However, they have a huge pool open to hotel guest and public that's not a dayclub which would work great. Most of the hotels on the strip would work well as long as its not the dayclub pool because most will have Dj's playing those pools.

I did reach out the the Vegas Parrothead club, to inquire if they had any information of a 'pool party or tailgating.' Haven't heard back yet, but they are having a music event on that March 31 Friday night called Pirates in the Desert, which could be fun.

I looked at the ACM schedule of events for the weekend. If anyone is looking for something to do on Friday night, one of the events is a songwriter's showcase at a place called Mizuya at Mandalay Bay. One of the songwriters listed is Aubrie Sellers. I just saw her Saturday night, she opened for Miranda Lambert, and I thought she was really good. She's pretty easy on the eyes too.

Reached out to Margaritaville LV about possibly having another pool party at another pool and they responded with(see below). They posted on the Margaritaville LV facebook page a flier that the event will be starting at 10am with a DJ on the 3rd floor. Its no pool party, but should be good times either way!

This year, the Flamingo Hotel already had the pool booked on the date of the Jimmy Buffett concert. We are unable to host the pool party prior to the concert due to unavailability.

In lieu of the pool party, we will be hosting a festive pre-party in our Margaritaville venue utilizing all three of our floors.

There is no confirmation whether Jimmy will be coming back in October as usual, in which we would have more time to organize and execute the annual pool party. I will keep your name on a list to be contacted if we will be hosting a pool party at a later date.

Ya I agree. The pool party is so sociable. Every year I probably meet and talk to 150 different people. Just wish they'd lower the price of the drinks

Drinks at any pool in Vegas are stupid expensive. I doubt there will be anything structured if there hasn't been an announcement by now. I would just like to find some type of pre-concert party until about 3pm when the Final Four starts.
