I Can't Believe No West Coast Dates Yet!!

What's up with this?.... I know we have to wait until all the other dates are announced for the East Coast, and then we still are on pin's and needle's until the actual date get's closer and closer and there's not a change or cancellation.... But, give us a bone to chew on...... Trying to plan vacations, etc. around concert dates on the west coast is difficult to say the least, when we haven't a clue...... Hope we hear something soon!...... Like maybe this week would work.... I know "Patience Grasshopper"

Pfft, patience, ugh! It's the same every year and it drives me crazy. My friend in Boston is already booked for 3 shows and I don't have ANYTHING within 12 hours of me (I'm in Phoenix). I don't understand why the west coast gets no love?!

At least you're in Phoenix, I'm in Boise, Idaho and probably will end up in San Diego if we go to a show... I sincerely doubt if the Seattle or Portland shows will happen...Maybe Vegas, but I like the outdoor shows with nice weather better than indoor shows....More of the JB Flavor... My patience isn't really good either, but what to do? Come on and give us West Coast Shows....

I just don't care to bother with his over-priced Vegas indoor shows any more,
and with touchy work situation this year, it could be another Buffett-free concert year for this guy

I'm not sure why it takes so long to at least throw the West Coast Parrotheads at least something to look forward to and to start making plans for.... By the time the dates are announced other plans have been made for vacations and trips that don't include a JB Concert. Obviously it's hard to make plans when no dates and West Coast Locations have been announced...... But, don't hang up the Hula Skirt, at least not yet....

I think the east coast venues have such a short season compared to the west coast venues that Buffett has to book his dates early to get the schedule he wants. He probably has a little more time and flexibility with the west coast venues since we have better weather and for longer -- Cali is always better in September and October, especially Norcal. To paraphrase Mark Twain, the coldest winter you'll ever see is a summer in San Francisco...and he wasn't kidding...

My ... we do have short term memories around here.

So make your summer plans, come east or not,
but don't expect your concert dates to be announced
any sooner than April.

Two years ago, Seattle's October date was announced on February 2nd.
It wasn't until late May that it was cancelled......

only to be completely shut out and cancelled by summer as he sold us out for a beer deal at Dolphin's Stadium

y'know...I think that's how he wasn't hurt worse in that stage dive he took in Aussie Land.. he landed first on his big fat wallet! j/k Bubba...I still love ya

To me it is more about the lack of dates that is played on the West Coast then when the dates of those few concerts are announced...
Vegas is getting old and too dang expensive.

Would be nice to see JB play some of the great, unique venues of the West Coast..even if they are a little smaller than the average shed.

Oh well..I guess I'll have to go back to Alpine Valley.

If he played the Gorge this time around, it would be GREAT! I'm still on pins waiting for West Coast Dates... Trying to hold off as long as possible before pulling the trigger on other trips, like the trip to Atlanta for the Georgia - BSU Game September 3.... But if Jimmy is doing a concert on the West Coast at the right time and it all comes together, we'll be there....Got to have Dates and Locations soon or it'll be too late....
