You'd have to assume that at the very least August 7th and 11th will have shows added somewhere in the Northeast/mid-Atlantic area. A Detroit show is also a possibility one of those days. But AC, Bangor, Woodstock, Mohegan Sun, or maybe he revisits a place he had not been to in a long time like SPAC in Saratoga, NY or the meadows in CT.

I think , in recent years he would tour for 2 weeks , take a week or 2 off , then start up again for another 2 weeks.

It is ok to forget about Toronto, Jimmy does all the time. He played here last year, the last time before that was in 2011. So don’t worry about a Toronto date.
