A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

Love that song and its so appropriate for all of us East Coast Beach People... "they are closing down the hangout... the air is getting cool"
"their closing down the superslide.. the kids are back in school"

Maybe at the Sept 8th show.... keeping my fingers crossed!

However... ending with Lovely Cruise is good too!
I'd love to hear that again, too, (it's one of my favorites) but I wouldn't get my hopes up...it's been awhile.

Last played 06-26-2003: Verizon Wireless Music Center - Noblesville, IN

That would be a great one to hear in concert again - one of my favs.

I think Toronto would be a great place to bring that back...but I'm biased.

My nieces report that this Venue (I think also known as DeerPark?) is scheduled to be sold for multi million $$ homes or more shopping malls...no link to verify but sad I think.

Just got back to the hotel a few minutes ago and am winding down.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Yeah - getting everyone out of the stadium was good... the fun part was walking back to the lots. Took about 30 minutes. And our lot was right across the street! Felt like we were part of a cattle drive (the cattle part)!

Great set list...great weather....great tailgating. So much for the 3:30 start time. We were up and running by around 12:30 and there were plenty of people there before us. Plus I finally made my debut on the big screen! Got to meet Lefty, Sarah, Larry, and a few others for the first time also. [smilie=coolup.gif]

Soiunds like you were in P10, where we were. I took us an hour and forty minutesd to move and get out of the parking lot and when we got out the other lots were empty. If that's the only negative then I'm OK with first time experience.

Yep good old P10. The parking lot wait was long but we had movies in our bus to amuse us so I didn't mind. Excellent show and probably the best tailgating ever!

Well it wasn't exactly what he said, but it was still funny!

"I forget sometimes how old I really am...cause I know in my mind I'm about 29, and I go 'look at all those old farts out there' and I go...'oh man, they're younger than me'..."
