Very hard to choose a favorite, this album has all great songs, but had to go with "Ringling Ringling".

Again, Buffett ability at clever lyrics caught me.

"And across from the bar there's a pile of beer cans
Been there twenty-seven years
Imagine all the heart aches and tears
In twenty-seven years of beer"

Who would ever think this up from seeing a pile of beer cans?
"You can't run away forever, but theres nothing wrong with getting a good head start."

I'm going to be unoriginal and say I LOVE "Come Monday"! My dad's favorite would probably be "God's Own Drunk", though.

I have a big country side to me so tunes like Ringling Ringling really appeal to me - out side of that I guess I have two favs on this album. "Saxophones" (but as Jimmy plays it now with the barri-sax rather than the base as it was produced on the original album) and of course Come Monday!

Spider John ... because Willis Alan wrote it and Jimmy does such a good job delivering it.
Gentilly ... 42 years is a long time to wait .... a Northeast Texas woman can hope.
My love is an anchor tied to you, tied with a silver chain.
