I posted the interview for tonight's show. You can download it here:

JB mentions that the last time they were in St Louis in July, 1999, it was the 20th anniversary of the moon landing. His St Louis connections with Landshark Lager are strong in St Louis. He also says they try to visit previous locations as much as possible, considering the limited number of dates in the tour.

JB says Jake Shimabukuro will join the band in tonight's show.

This show sold out within minutes, even during a recession. Peter and Jim Mayer and Roger Guth actually did not have all their friends and family buy all the tickets.

There was an April Fool rumor that JB announced retirement. Just an April Fools joke.

My first thought when he started playing it was, "Who died?"

Boat Drunks........oh do share.........

Post by Summerlover »

Sounds like we missed a good one. Now I have to ask, how were the Boat Drunks????? Haven't heard a thing about that after party. I would have loved to have been there to finish out the night.
We are fortunate to get the opportunity to see them 3 or so times in the summer.
