If you've visited either of those threads or visited the venue's site, you've noticed the absence of ticket sales info. What the frak?

I've called Jiffy Lube Live a couple times this morning, and keep getting caught in voicemail jail.

Does anyone have a clue what's the dealio with ticket sales??? Originally it looked like this Friday, 2/19.... so................ I know that tailgatingph and I were both planning to visit the venue on Friday morning. But here we are two days before it, and umm.... hello??? HELLO???

Yep Andy, but I would like to point out to everyone who may not know, that the "buy tickets box" isn't always a box from my experience. Every time I have tried to buy tickets through Live Nation, I have been in rapid refresh mode expecting a dramatic and noticible change in the screen when the on-sale starts. That has never been the case for me. It has instead always been a subtle text link to buy tickets. Need to be very careful when the time comes that you don't miss it. I always expected the big button which didn't come up, losing me a good minute or two before I saw the error or my ways.

Anybody know if Ticketmaster will be selling these tickets online as well, or just Livenation? TIA

Jiffy Lube is a Live Nation venue, so I would think at this point it's safe to assume it will be through Live Nation. However, in past years, it appeared that their system just wasn't adequate to handle the immediate on-sale demand, so things would get bumped to TM. I'd think by now it'll only be through LN.

WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!! my friends and I went 4 for 4 and ALL got the max number of lawn tickets for the 9/4 show today. that's never happened to me before. the money saved from not overpaying will be going towards booze.

Orchestra 1 for Thursday!!!!! Lyv had sect 102 row 2 for Saturday and then they "couldn't verify" her CC. She went in on her profile Monday to make sure it was all good to go. Another Ticket Bas%a^d Flock-Up!!!! Maybe they'll relase some more tix later.....

Orchestra 1 ???? How did you work that out??? I'm on there the second that tickets go on sale, always hitting refresh every second starting at like 9:55, and the BEST seats I can ever get are always in the last section of seats, so I always just get lawn. I've tried about 10-12 shows in a row now to get close up seats, but can't ever even get close.

Were you just on the normal ticketmaster, right at 10? Any secrets to share?

I just saw your reply. Sorry for not responding sooner. I hope it went smoothly for you this morning. When I tried in the past, there was just some text on the side that said "not currently on sale" which changed to a "buy tickets" text link. It was so subtle that I completely missed it. I went straight to TM this morning to prevent any frustrations, but ended up not buying any anyhow.

The best trick I learned to save some stress is that you don't need to go in early and continuously refresh. If you go to time.gov and watch the clock there, Ticketmaster has always come online for me within a couple seconds of that clock. Now that I know that, I never even bother getting my heart rate up until 30 seconds before the scheduled time.

Also, always make sure you're logged in before they go on sale. Site errors happen and tickets you thought you had are gone (I lost second row center one year!) and being logged in can potentially save you. I tried for Buffett tickets one year and in the online mess, my tickets were lost. By the time I got in again it was sold out. I was so mad. That afternoon, I got a phone call from Ticketmaster telling me that they did have my order information but it hadn't been fully processed and if I still wanted the tickets, they were all mine! For once, they really came through for me.

I'm not doing Nissan this year b/c I'm sick of the inefficient way they run things there, but for those of you heading there, I was just able to pull up some tickets on TM. I guess they all didn't sell out yet. Good luck.

We did the same thing you did.....always have. Sometimes we get shut out, sometimes we get DogTix. I guess it's PurePhlockingLuck.
