Take heed all ye fellow Pirates and Parrotheads!

I purchased tickets in February through the fantickets.com site for the June 19th Comcast Center show. I have only heard from Mr. Junier that my tickets would ship in mid May. I am still waiting! All my other emails and phone calls to Mr. Junier have remained unanswered.

For the icing on the cake I now see that fantickets.com has lost its BBB Accredidation since I purchased the tickets!

Wow! I just checked them out on the BBB sight. 27 complaints in the past 36 months.
The BBB gave them a rating of "F" and it lists the company's address. Good luck getting
your money back or whatever.

Ahoy again Maytees!...So the concert in "The Woods" came and went without us. Apparently Mr. Junier had printed the FedEx label so he could provide me with a tracking number BUT he never actually sent the tickets! He apparently ignored my reimbursement request I sent him so he has forced Visa to become involved. Visa has assured me that I will be reimbursed what I charged on my card but I will believe that when I actually see a check!

This experience has taught me quite a lesson. Let's just say it cost me what some may call the "stupid tax"!

My wife and I still enjoyed the concert live on XM at home out on the deck with the tiki torches lit and the tropical drinks flowing!

I now place a BLACK SPOT on Mr. Junier's fantickets.com! That no good SCALLYWAG, SCURVYDOG deserves a KEELHAUL first then be sent to WALK THE PLANK over shark infested waters!

Lesson #2: Always use your Visa/Mastercard/PayPal for stuff like this! They'll usually back you up. I had a co-worker who sent $4,500 via Western Union for an eBay item that (of course) never showed up. We all warned him, but did he listen? Nooo.

We had a similar story last year. Bought tickets in April for a September American Idol concert, was told they were on the way, never got them. He's a crook, how is FanTickets.com still in business? We filed a complaint with the BBB in his area. No refund on our credit card, we were over the six month (?) limit when we contacted them. Police here said too bad, so sad.

Initially he said he didn't have a seat assignment yet. Then he said they were in a certain section, then he stopped replying.

All I can do is start posting to forums and let people know. Beware out there of Fantickets.com!
