Help us out with the set list.
Hey- If you can pull some strings and get me tickets for the show, I'll be more than glad to get the set list. How frustrating- I'm staying across the street at the Sheraton Waikiki and won't be able to get in. ARGH!

You're in Hawaii, and you'll hear most (all?) of the same songs on Saturday. Personally, I'm going to go enjoy Hawaii and feel sorry for JB and the CRB; they have to work. :P

My daughter & son-in law won tickets to this show. Kim & Will
from NC. They met because of their love for JB. They have
every book & cd. They are true parrotheads. They already have their
tickets for 2 concerts coming up in NC. They named their first son Cameron
and if their 2nd would have been a girl they were going to name her Delanie.
JBs kids names and they have a dog named Tully. They get really loaded up
with stuff to take to the tailgate parties in the p-lots. Any way They LOVE JB.
Play something special for them. Huh...He can't play anything special for them
because all JBs of music is special.

Oh yea, these two even planned their honeymoon around JBs concert about 8 yrs ago.
Cameron has been to a concert in Charlotte. They are taking both boys this year. (no party)

And here I sit in dreary old south Texas watching the webcams at Kuhio and Waikiki Beaches.

Sometimes I switch to the Waikiki Beach webcam and watch the tourist having fun by the big Duke surfboard, waving to their friends they are talking with on their cells.

I like the music on Waikiki Beach better. [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif]

There are some great photos of Jimmy at the Honolulu Surf Museum website.
Maybe you could still get in there and see all the exhibits and collections. Or is that part of where the private show will be?

Why haven't I read this stuff? Is this web site totally new?

In 2005, Jimmy Buffett visited James OMahoney at the Santa Barbara Surfing Museum and was blown away at the collection - which then included the "Apocalypse Now" surfboard. Several of Jimmy Buffetts business partners gave him the board as a present for his 60th birthday, on Christmas Day, 2006. The gift was part of what motivated Jimmys idea of opening the Honolulu Surfing Museum. "I had this incredible surfboard, but I was the only one getting to appreciate it," he says. "I thought, this thing needs to be somewhere that people can see it."

I mean, I remember reading about it after the Houston show when the board was on stage, but guess I didn't read anything about the surf museum yet. :-? :)

Dukes Hula Pie would be nice!

Hula Pie has a chocolate cookie/macadamia nut crust, topped by macadamia nut ice cream, drizzled with fudge and topped with whipped cream and more macadamia nuts

I think Jimmy needs to write a PIE song!
