And knowing that Diamond Head was just behind the stage and to the right, it made it even better.
I really wish he would make a DVD of these shows so we could see the surrounding scenery. I loved when he was talking preshow about people hanging in the park.

I am living vicariously thru your descriptions…
The trees swaying in the breeze, the moon was just a tiny sliver and right below it, Venus was shining as bright as I've ever seen her . . . It was as cool as it could be. I said in a post the next day that it was as much fun as I've ever had that didn't include sex and/or snow skis. I told Mrs SPH that she was going with me next year, but I'm not sure about snow skis . . . She's only seen JB in Vegas, and this was so much better. JB really seemed to be having a good time. He was dancin' and smilin' and jumpin' all night long.

I know the voices aren't real but they do have some good ideas.....

Not to rub it in, but you missed a good one for sure.

I hope RM makes this a reply of the week real soon….

Oh, that's right...YOU were there too! Must have been so beautiful. What a great video that would make, but y'all sure paint some great visuals right here on BN.

I remember the first time I ever heard Duke's On Sunday - Tuesday night April 19, 2005. My first trip to Hawaii. It was the final encore for that show. It was also the first time I ever saw, or heard of, Jake Shimabukuro. It was the second time I saw Henry Kapono. The first time was at Duke's. On Sunday. What a great song.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here
