I have to say this was a great night. Not the same as New Morning on the Saturday night last year, but then, nothing can beat that night.
The La Cigale venue was different but created a great vibe.
(Far better than London where the sound was not the best. Perhaps a change of venue or sound crew next year?)
"The Paris bars prior to the gig were fun
And the after party swung !!"
Another Saturday Night...... we hope there are many many more to come.
Book up for Paris next year !!

Dutch Harbour, way to cool. And to have Jepryor capture it for you. I am curious how you got a fishing pole in the venue?? Congrats on reeling in the "big one".

I talked to Dutch after the show and he said his pole is collapsible. I guess that's one way to put it, anyway. He told me I shouldn't touch the handle below the reel though... he said something about it having been between his cheeks. That's when I started talking about something else...
The video was unplanned... just lucky. I happened to be sitting on the opposite side of the balcony. Took it with my little pocket digital camera.

Great show! When did Jimmy start using a prompter? Had never seen that before. Maybe I was just never above the stage before?

We were on the the front row of the balcony near the DH Parrothead and had a fantastic time. Pity the pictures we took of us together are too big to upload. But hope you had a safe journey back to the US.
Also met a very nice couple who gave my husband his home made T-shirt.
Thanks again

Beaucoup de respect for Dutch Harbor's initiative - way too cool, excellent man! Just glad it was well received...

The Paris Concert was Awesome! Pure Magic. Jimmy is one of a kind. One of the best singers and entertainers out there. I'm from Greece and this was my first Buffett Concert, so you can imagine! I've never seen how Parrotheads party. Drinking and having a good time while waiting for the doors to open was the best waiting-in-line I've ever experienced! I have to say thanks to all the Parrotheads we've met, (me and Margarita) . See you all next year! :pirate: :pirate:

** The moment when Duch Harbor was fishing flip - flops was sooo funny!! Hahhaha - we' re still laughing!

***Here are two videos I' ve managed to take:
Volcano

Son of a son of a sailor

hope you like them!

Fins up!!!!!!!!!

Hi welcome to BN - yes we were with you in the queue and the photo with you and Margarita is of my hubby (John) Yorkshire Parrothead. Can't wait to show him when he comes home from work. So glad you enjoyed the show it was really fab and it was so nice meeting you. Yes the fishing for flip flop was so funny and nothing can be as funny as that again at a show. We will look out for you next year. [smilie=battingeyes.gif] [smilie=battingeyes.gif] [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

Think Barbara and Debbie were perhaps leaving Paris today. That is if they have come back down to earth!! Barbara was so overcome with the tailgate outside the Cigale and also the show. Ask her about the hookers that were fighting in the street.
We had a lovely time at the Irish bar on Friday night and went for a meal with them and also Roxanne (No Shoes).
