It's a Greek feast in five ingredients or fewer as Claire shows us recipes fit for the gods. First, Claire makes a rich and tangy Tzatziki - a classic Greek yogurt dish full of fresh herbs that is great on everything! Next, the burger has gone gourmet as Claire makes Sliders with ground lamb and delicious feta. Not to be outdone, Claire prepares a whole, marinated chicken grilled to perfection. Maybe they featured this because today is Greek Easter. Been to Greece twice and love Greek food...so simple and healthy. Well, maybe not the Lamb burger. But still so good.
There is also a traditional greek easter dish called kokoretsi...basically a sausage comprised of all the lamb innards..sounds scary but slice, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper and then grill...OMG, it is delicious perfection.
