Facing away from the middle of the bed. It doesn't matter what side I'm on, I have to start facing away from the middle.

Hmmmm, 5 weeks it has been flat on my back...due to the cast. I've tried sleeping on my right side with a small pillow under the top of the cast, but I wake up feeling like a pretzel. Usually I start out on my right side tho. Can't seem to fall asleep on my left side, although I usually end up there at some point.
