I went to a Cuban restaurant and asked the bartender for a margarita, "mojito?" he replied. I said, no - a margarita. He again replied "mojito?". I got the impression that he was not going to let me get away with a margarita. He then proceeded to make an awesome mojito. Four mojitos later (including a mango mojito) I was hooked!

I agree they need to be made perfectly. Anyone have the perfect recipe?

It's been gaining in popularity for sometime....I guess if you like mint they are okay.

They are too sweet and too minty for me.
