Ellis Dee.
It's a great song and it sounds like a lot of the Byrds folk song stuff I have from the 1960's.

I Can't Be Your Hero Today. This is one the those songs that just seems to get everybody swaying.

Turnabout. Just such a basic good song that gets me going every time. This is one I would absolutely die if he ever brought back out.
Take me for what I am, a star newly emerging.
I accept the new found man, and I set the twilight reeling.

The Captain and the Kid It's a great song and tribute to Jimmy's grandpa. It's one of the songs on my "Buffett In Passing" CD I play when someone passes from this ole world. I like the crickets.
and the pedal steel.

I really like that song because it's always been puzzling to me.

The Captain. Such a moving song. No song on this album even comes close to this one.
Some people never find it, some only pretend; but me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.
