Ok My 30 Gig Ipod is on the way out and my 4G nano is just not enough. Do I go for the 32G touch or the 120G Classic. I have heard the Classic has moving parts and the battery does'nt last as long as the touch. My nano does work better than my 30G. I heard the touch is more like a flash drive than a hard drive like the classic? Any suggestions? Is 32 Gigs enough for all Buffett's music plus many concerts? It will be strictly for Buffet and a few other select artists Marley, Fred Neil, Peter Mayer, Scottt Kirby, Mac, possibly a few more.

Touch. have one, in that size. you would be amazed at how many songs there are.. yet how hard it is to fill 32gb

What's your definition of:
The ~900 Buffett audio songs are taking up about 6.0GB of my 80GB Classic. After 6 months, I'm not worried about capacity.
Now that is in AAC format, which audiophile purists would frown on, but it does save space (needed moreso on my computer than the iPod).
Studio albums? Live concerts? If so, which? Video?PARROT HEAD MIKE wrote:all Buffett's music plus many concerts?

Probably no videos, or very few. But yes studio albums, live concert cds as well as some live concerts from RM. I just dont want to run out of room.looking4OPH wrote:What's your definition of:Studio albums? Live concerts? If so, which? Video?PARROT HEAD MIKE wrote:all Buffett's music plus many concerts?

Touch for sure. It's shocking how much 32GB can hold, esp if you're not loading videos. Plus, it's just so freakin slick. And i'm not even a Mac products guy.
"I need to start growing up," I thought to myself the other day, as I sat in my pillow fort.
