I'm on the about the same schedule...can't wait for concert day! For the past week or so I've been out of the loop and tried to catch-up with the threads. Could someone please clarify the new-and-improved schedule.? My ship will be docking at the Holiday Inn Express Riverport around 6ish Wednesday.

Wednesday pre-party: Sammy's (or VooDoo Lounge)?

Thursday parking and tailgate congregating: main lot, but where? (Is it likely we'll actually make it into this lot or should we secure another location where we can all party together? Are we collaborating on bringing supplies, etc.?)

Thursday after-party: VooDoo lounge?

Friday recovery: Cardinal game?

Is anyone hanging around through the weekend?

Question. Ave. A1A and I will arrive Wednesday evening. Come Thursday, should we drive over the the venue so we can take tailgate chairs, coolers etc? Or is there going to be a group tailgate we can buy into?
I have seen Jimmy in The Lou quite a few times. Never stayed that close to the venue before. Always had to drive and the line of traffic out of there sucks. Might be quicker to walk to and from show from Harrahs, but then we are back taking and storing supplies.....
BTW, we are staying Friday and going to the Cards game too. If I remember correctly, our seats are field level, first base line.

Old Trougher - last time we were there, 2 years ago, we noticed people walking back to Harrahs from the venue. They had to walk down a hill and over what looked like a drainage ditch then back up the hill. Not sure how tall the grass will be. Didn't look like to much fun, though....

Cool! Well, looks like we are driving then. But I too want to get back to hear PHINS pretty quickly. Do we have an "official" time for the lots opening? I've heard 3:00 I think... Hopefully sooner.

I'm telling my group 1:30, but that will never happen.....Maybe 2:00. As far as I know the official word is still opening at 3:00, but I've been to several of these things where they posted a time....they always open early, especially if a line starts to form (hint-hint).

Gates to parking lot at 3 is what I've heard. Has anyone heard what time they will be opening the theater gates for lawn seating????
