Very good. If you like James Taylor/Peter Mayer/Jonathan Edwards, etc, you'd like this.

The new Dierks Bentley ... UP ON THE RIDGE ... is fabulous, and I'm not a real fan.
Seems the boy has always like bluegrass, but felt he needed to make a name for himself in Country Music before he flew his true colors.
This is blazin' hot bluegrass ... caught his Ryman performance last night on CMT ... incredible.
The Punch Brothers play with him on Bob Dylan's "Senor." It's pretty amazing.
My favorite is the title cut and "Draw Me a Map."
Gentilly ... 42 years is a long time to wait .... a Northeast Texas woman can hope.
My love is an anchor tied to you, tied with a silver chain.

Wow... I hadn't heard this one yet, I really like it! Thanks for sharing, Terry!
Even his version (w/ Del McCoury) of U2's Pride gets my stamp of approval.

Whatever is playing on Sirius channel 31 . . . .
People who ask me what I’m doing tomorrow probably assume that I even know what day of the week it is.

BTT: Anyone else catch Dierks Bentley on the late night shows ... or CMT? I'm not a fan, but I think this CD is amazing ... he was smart enough to surround himself with some GREAT pickers and players ... and he wrote 5 or 6 of the tunes ... good job.
