Good morning BNers! I want to start a conga line!! With Buffett in Portland in less than a week, this thread has been waaayyy too quiet!! 
Is there really only a handful of us going to see the only PNW show this year?? It has been 5 years since I've seen my man JB, which is way too long....I'm sooooo looking forward to next Tuesday!!

Well well....time is fast approaching......it's been 5 long years...and many beers since Jimmy last came our way.
Where is everyone staying...the Doubletree again? I remember last concert meeting Islandhopper and BeachBlonde....and the jello shots.
I think I was the last person to leave the room.......tis been so long the memory is not what it used go be eh? I do remember my buddy ended up going to some bar downtown that had a photo booth in it? He doesn't quite remember though as it should be.
He and I are coming down again this time...we are palnning on making a trip out of it and leaving Friday night or Sat morning to places unknown.
What is there to do in Portland if we come a day or 2 early?
I also have a couple extra tickets I will sell half price both for $125

Latest emailed Pre-Concert Party Update!
We are REALLY looking forward to the biggest pre-concert party we have ever done. We will take over the Memorial Coliseum Concourse across from the Rose Garden from Noon to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 19. We will enjoy music from:
Tommy Rocker and Conched Out from Las Vegas,
Tom Varley and the Sun Dogs,
Dave "TropZone" Calhoun and
Terry Baber
We'll have five (5) bars, a beer trailer, multiple food carts, games, prizes, raffles and more! There will be a meet and greet there with Coral Reefers! There are four charities that will benefit from the proceeds from the $10 cover charge: the Oregon Food Bank, Oregon Humane Society, Oregon HEAT and the Oregon Alzheimer's Association. We need as many people as possible so please spread the word to all your friends that they can come by even if they aren't going to the concert. We had to rent the Concourse and have other expenses so we are looking forward to a great turnout! So far, KGON will be there and KUPL and KINK-FM are helping promote it. If you have any places where we can post the information to help get the word out, please let us know! We'll attach a flyer so you can post it at your work, gym, school, pub, anywhere and everywhere!
Here's what we need from you:
Raffle Prizes! If you have any things that we can include in our charity raffle, please let us know. We would like collectibles and any things of value that you think would make a fun raffle prize. Just let us know what you are bringing so we can make a list. Thanks!
Volunteers! We really need volunteers on the day of the event. I have posted that I have a karaoke service.... does anyone want to sing Buffett afterwards??? We will be docked at the Double Tree after said event..... I could set up in their hospitality room (do they have one???) Island Hopper wants to sing... but, if there is no other interest... I will leave it all home. I would love to do this if anyone is interested. (very professional system.. not, "MR Microphone".)
ALSO, VancouverIslander ... this is for you... I would love to voluteer... I am picking Island Hopper up at the airport at 10:30 am, Tuesday. We will have all day.... I would love to help out. I bet she would too if you asked her nicely.
