I figured if Jimmy was going to play Frisco that it had to go through some sort of approval through the City Council, Planning Commmission, Tourism Board, etc. as the City of Frisco owns Pizza Hut Park.
I went to their website and there you can search for the minutes or agenda of any previous meeting.
I typed in "Jimmy Buffett" and up popped the Jan. 4, 2011 meeting
However, when I read through the agenda and the minutes, I found no mention of Buffett.
Then I thought that maybe even though his name was mentioned that it was in Execuitve Session and those minutes aren't available to the public although they did show up in the search.
If this is true, then to me, it could have two possible meanings:
1. They were disussing this year's concert at Pizza Hut Park-whenever that might be.
2. Or they noted that he would not be playing this year
Anyway, what do you all think?

As part of the study, a request was made for aerial photographs of the May 3, 2008 Jimmy Buffett concert, along with some other events at PHP.
The concert was actually April 26, 2008.
Maybe the photographs were processed on May 3rd or something.
