Ellen, try pulling seats for the middle tier... they're going to keep trying to sell that bad seat and it's going to hold up the queue (at least till someone purchases it, but I'm not paying that much for that bad a sightline.)ejr wrote:Glorfindel7 wrote:Great, I finally get a good ticket, and ticketmaster refuses to process my request![]()

Edit, never mind, finally got in! I'm going to be sitting in Section 126, row 16 seat 7... not too bad considering...
and I keep pulling up section 102 which I won't do.

The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

Ticketmaster now has $29 Field seats. They're in the back (section E), but still a pretty good deal if you just want to be in the building.

Got my tickets too! That was pretty quick this year...I think I remember waiting a few weeks last year!
Just going to be me and my bride this year...we can only get to 1 show this year so we are going to fly solo so we can have more fun!
Need to start working on my modifications to the gas powered blender! Last year the plate the blender is mounted on was way too thin last year. So I had a new heavier plate cut to make it more stable. Called in a favor to my friends who have access to a laser so it has nice clean edges and it should turn out pretty good! Anyone have any ideas for what color to paint it? I was thinking John Deere green and yellow...If I go with a PH theme what would you suggest?

Anyone have a lead on a good cover band? I need it for a party on July 23rd.

Can anyone tell me if buying premium parking is worth the money? We have been to see Jimmy in Chicago for the last 10 years. The way they pack us into the parking lot at Toyota is ruining the whole experience. It's awfully hard to exercise my License To Chill when I have to set my chair 2 feet from the neighbors' grill! I'm perfectly willing to pay the $60, I would just like to know what I'm paying for.

Depends on what you want. The spaces are 10' wide by 40 or45' long. I see most people have room for a grill and some space to play bags.BigFeller wrote:Can anyone tell me if buying premium parking is worth the money? I buy 6 or 7 of them actually but my use of them is a bit more lavish and I spread it out amongst 75-100 people. As you can imagine 7 of them is alot of space for a lot of stuff. Which i have. See you there. I will be hard to miss.

Do you have relatively easy plans for such a contraption that you would be willing to share?parrotthd4evr wrote:Got my tickets too! That was pretty quick this year...I think I remember waiting a few weeks last year!

This year the Parrot Dice Lounge is hosting Paul Roush of PHINS and the 12-Volt Band (paulroush.com and phinsband.com). He is releasing his first Solo CD "Today's The Day" on April 7th and will be supporting his release this July with his Lounge appearance. Today's The Day can be purchased on Itunes.
Paul's special guest earlier in the day will be the Beach Bum Band's Johnny Russler.
5yrs of tailgating on this scale and it's getting harder to out do myself. I'll need to raise some money to see if I can get them to call Toyota Park, The Parrot Dice Lounge on concert day.
Foam Machine, 1500lbs of sand, a wheel of chance, and alot of poor decisions.
God I love Buffett season.
