Just waiting to hear from you further on where we go with this.

I'm thinking Nascar really doesn't have that much to do with everything so slamming them would not be fair.

Bob,

We got screwed. Plain and simple. You did some great work, and everyone here recognizes that. Maybe the ParrotHead mobile wasn't meant to turn left without the approval and financial backing from JB himself. I hope you take a lot of pride in the efforts you gave to this.

Thank you.

Our antagonist is nameless and impersonal.

I know only that according to "ePrize Customer Service"
that "the Sponsor"
reserves the right to disqualify any entries.

I do not know where to register my displeasure beyond email replies
I have already exchanged with the faceless "ePrize Customer Service".

I will lead no protest movements.

Thank you to everyone for your support.
Beyond my disappointment for all of us, I am fine.

This is just not right, somebody from Toyjoka needs to explain why. The answer ePrize gave you is lame at best. Bob, thank you for all the hard work it was appreciated by many.

Surprise! Sort of, maybe.

At least one of the LYME cars that was NOT the top vote getter made the selection as one of the ten finalists.
I believe (?) the green car that finished 8th in popular votes (CURE LATE STAGE LYME DISEASE) made the cut .......

The CHELSEA'S HOPE entry has put together a very touching and beautiful
YouTube video for their push for Round 2 voting.

The Toyota Sponsafier 3 committee
has some serious issues with how they are
handling this entire communication process
to everyone.

Get this latest update.

From the FREE STATE PROJECT facebook page
http://www.facebook.com/fspnascar?sk=wall .....

"We regret to inform you that you will not be a winner of the Finalist prize in the
Toyota Racing's Sponsafy Your Ride Contest Round III. You were mistakenly notified
of your potential win earlier this week and your entry was not selected to move on
to the Finalist Selection Phase."

I know that there are some people, myself included,
that have questioned whether or not an entry that seemed
to be associated with a political statement should be included
as per an interpretation of the rules .....

.... but that is not what I wish to comment on here.

Rather I'd rather comment on yet another botched, unprofessional,
irresponsible and complete lack of accountability move
by the Toyota Sponsafier selection committee on how they have
handled things.

Unbelievable.

SP you did a wonderful job from the very beginning on this!!
I say always consider the source...
Toyota...
They refused to believe their cars were at fault and many people were killed before finally doing the HUGE recall... not once but I think twice...
Now they can't even bother to tell you why we can't continue...
I'm with Dean... cross Toyota off of my future!!! I am done with them!!!

Re the Free Staters:    If Yotoya can change their mind about one entry, maybe they can change their mind about another one ....(ours).

However — at this point, just exactly whointhehell *IS* in the final ten???

Someone they want to win?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
