Anyone watching, "Once Upon A Time?"

Post by drunkpirate66 »

I think that Once Upon A Time is the best new show of the fall 2011 season (which isn't really saying much, but still  ). I'm hooked. Anyone else?

Will have to check it out thru "On Demand" and give it a shot...I do like Terra Nova, what do you think of it?

Terra Nova blows nuts.

So much potential resulting in an epic, 4 million dollar per episode fail.

Once Upon A Time, although silly and really, REALLY, out there is far superior. It is the only "new" show this year that has grabbed my interest (Person of Interest, Terra Nova, etc. included).

Oh, look who's back. maybe that's why it took you so long to read what I gave you, you were too busy free-lancing for Entertainment Weekly reviewing the drek that passes as tv shows these days. You know, I liked "Once Upon a Time" when it first came out, as stories you would read and trust your imagination to come up with the visuals and not rely on some coke addled mid life crisis having used to make commercials and music videos but swears Scorsese has nothing on him "director" (and I even made the " " sign with my fingers while I typed that to show just how strongly I felt about " " the word director) to paint the numbers for you.

Now c'mon, do you get that kind of love and wit in North Carolina? And I've actually been meaning to check it out but I've been wrapped up with my DVR'd collection of "Scrubs" and "Phineas and Ferb".

Oh, and guess who was in town this weekend supposedly getting married? Future hall of famer Jason Varitek.

Phineas, Ferb, and Jason Varitek are like my 3 favorite things. But Once Upon A Time is rapidly approaching my top 10. What you gave me to read is number 7. It was good. Hope my drunken edits were helpful (few edits were needed).

I'm sorry, did someone mention Jason Veritek and the Hall of Fame in the same sentence???

Would've been five if Schilling hadn't been an idiot and waved him off in the 9th with 2 outs [smilie=noeyedear-shrugging.gif]

Back to the original topic, yes Jon, I liked it. Didn't understand why they reversed Rumpelstiltskin, but it held my interest. It has a decent premise, I don't know if it will become my next LOST, we'll see.

I totally forgot about it. I think my favorite new show is Revenge so far, kinda interesting seeing someone's hatred consuming them to the point where they ruin other people's lives.
