There's actually been 5 shows in the whole state since 2001, three in Denver and two in Aspen. (Not that that invalidates your point)

Come to Red Rocks and get stoned!!!

They claim they checked with their "rock stabilization" people and it's safe...that's what they believed BEFORE the rock slide!!

Everything was OK on the 5th. The trick is to sit in the middle.

Somebody said he mentioned at the Denver show last year. I was there last time he played Red Rocks. I would love to see him there again. I'm hoping multiple nights so we all have a chance at tickets.

I'm tempted by a Jason Mraz show there late this summer.....

Hands down, in my opinion, the best place to see a concert. But, no word on any mountain / west coast dates

.....there is nothing on Red Rocks schedule from 8/1 until 8/7. How many times in a summer does a Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon go bye with no events at Red Rocks?

I'm just saying.....

5/30 Austin
6/2 Houston
6/4........... maybe Raliegh?
6/7 Charlotte
6/9 Atlanta
then
6/23 GW
6/26........
6/28 Pitt
6/30 Chicago
then
7/31 Indy
8/2 Cinncy
8/4.....
8/6.....

Yes Jimmy at red Rocks would be a spiritual moment for sure, used to make the drive out from Iowa to see him at Fiddlers green, that wasn't a bad place, just no red rocks for sure.

Alpine valley is in a close race for the greatest outdoor venue in the country and as we know he has not announced that yet, so maybe Red Rocks is possible, He has for sure been changing things.
He has been playing songs he hasn't played in over 20 years, The Captain and the Kid was played at the KC show, so who knows could be the year again.

I can't understand either why he hasn't made Colorado routine on the tour, The Belly Up I don't think is even announced really is it ? I am usually in Aspen a couple times every winter and well Jimmy doesn't always get the greatest responses up there from the locals, must be some bad blood from when he owned his house there. You don't even want to think about asking any of the local musicians to play a JB tune in the Aspen ski co area, they will laugh you out of the bar, now the rest of ski country it is pretty routine, but not in Aspen, kind of like an unwritten rule of sorts.
