This won't win me any popularity contest (not that anything here ever would), but seeing as to how we'll be into April in a couple days and no announcement has been made, I think it's safe to assume now that Alpine isn't going to happen in 2013.

After all the tickets are sold for Chicago I bet Alpine will be announced.

The bank could handle it. Kick it off in August before football season starts. Plenty of Tailgating at the Fair Grounds then bus on over to the concert. I will keep my ears out. A co-worker of mine runs security for events there. I will ask him next week at work.

Hey I heard from a very reliable source that Alpine was in East Troy. Other than that there are no guarantees. If Jimmy plays, he plays. Either way it doesn't have to stop the party but it might just move it around a little. Till then FINS UP and PARTY ON PHLOCKERS!!!

Kirsten on Radio Margaritaville yesterday made a comment that the date for ever popular Alpine is still looming and has not been announced out. I dont think RM would be mentioning Alpine if there was not going to be a show this year. Just saying....

HELLO!!! For whomever wants to believe me - 8/24 - Can bank on taking out the "rumor" effect and count on it!
Will be announced VERY SOON! Got the phone call Tuesday evening with the request to keep sources confined... Those who know me will be believers

and after reading a few pages back now....just to clarify... Steve is still in Cabo and his internet has been down for a few days. He called me Tuesday evening after getting the "official word" from his "official source"

Last year the Alpine show was not confirmed until the last week of April.
