Thanks much! I think we have about 20 or so going from the RRI... and multiple trips are ok so seating for like 10. The idea is that it will make trips back and forth from 5 till they close.. say 1am? They close at midnight I think so maybe 12:30 last trip back.

heck ya it is! ...
so I've got the initial car set up figured out. I think Randy is bringing his pick up and if he does he's not going to put an ez-up up but bring his big umbrella for Rick to play.. more open room and dancing area! Yeah!! I'll find out for sure in a few days if the other truck is fixed in time!

Mitch.. I have to remember to put your ez-up in my truck! I wont need it now with the tiki bar and hopeful good weather!

GW Shuttle Co wouldn't do it, they are booked out with the Fleetwood Mac show on Friday night.

Mansfield Taxi has a 10 passenger coach. They would not do just a 5pm drop off and a 12m pickup, you have to rent it for the evening, it's $50/hr for min four hours and they will go back and forth as many times as you want.

I am planning on bringing an ez up. Last year we did not have enough shade.
