What is the closest hotel to the venue that doesn't stink?
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

Not fancy but the rooms have refrigerators and it's next to a Frisch's Big Boy and for an after-the-concert treat, it's also next to a White Castle. yum. Somebody else might have some ideas on a hotel close to the night-before pre-concert party at the Margaritaville Cafe.....?????

Totally ironic but I just booked there then saw this. Thank you so much, regardless. Cinci is still one of the best Buffett venues (although I will always be a GW guy). Timing is perfect. A little road trip from Scituate, MA. Looking forward to grabbing a cheap lawn seat and partying from dawn on.

I am in town Sunday - Tuesday.

If anyone needs a place to crash mi case su casa.

The last couple years we've stayed at:
Comfort Suites
420 Riverboat Row
Newport, KY

Across the street from Party Source [smilie=battingeyes.gif]
Short walk to Hooters/JB Fins, and Hofbrau House Brewery
Approx. 15 minutes to Riverbend


Last year the Cinci PHC was at:
Radisson Cincinnati Riverfront
Covington, KY
859-491-1200
Ten minutes from Party Source, Hooter/JB Fins, and Hofbrau House Brewery in Newport
25 minute drive to Riverbend

I can't remember how far it is from Comfort Suites to Margaritaville. I think I remember a casino shuttle driver feeling sorry for us last year and offering to take us across the river to our hotel. :oops:

That's all I've got. I live three hours from Cinci so I'm no expert (but it is my 'home' concert) and others may have better info. - I'm just going by the notes I've gathered in travel folder.

Why is the BW Clermont "N/A" for the 21st ? It can't be sold out yet. WTF ???? :x
