beef wellington, asparagus hand-rolled in prosciutto with homemade from scratch remoulade sauce, and baby red bliss potatoes in a lovely basil and broccoli rabe pesto

It is "famous" here in our small town. The restaurant was called Mazzas. Mix in 1 tsp cider vinegar and drizzle in 3-4 tbsp olive oil. Toss over 1 head torn lettuce and top salad w 1 container of gorganzola cheese crumbles. Awesome if you love garlic.
