It is "famous" here in our small town. The restaurant was called Mazzas. You must use iceberg (other fancy greens just dont cut it) you press 6 cloves fresh garlic and mush in 1/2 tsp coarse salt to make a paste. Add fresh grnd blk pepper to taste. Mix in 1 tsp cider vinegar and drizzle in 3-4 tbsp olive oil. Toss over 1 head torn lettuce and top salad w 1 container of gorganzola cheese crumbles.
