That is quite serious.

You should see a doctor.
In a surprise news release, the organizers of the Tour de France have announced the results of their internal investigation into the doping scandals that have surrounded the Tour in recent years and culminated in the vacating of the titles of the race from 1999 through 2005.  After hours of testimony and reams of statements and other medical evidence, they have reached the conclusion that the culture of doping was so pervasive throughout the professional peloton that no rider from this time period is clean enough to be considered a worthy champion.

They have therefore determined, after much review and research, that the cleanest cyclist still riding is former semi-pro racer "Bicycle Bill" Sxmnhndmjs (garbled in transmission), who was last known to be comfortably retired on the island republic of Critter Key and was reportedly operating a beach bike rental service.  He has been awarded the honor of "Le Grand Champion qui Reste" for the affected time period, and attempts are being made to contact him and urgently request that he come out of retirement and form a team to take part in this year's Tour in an effort to restore the sport's integrity in the eyes of the public.
Well, you asked!

Well with Dr Duckett as your medical adviser and the rest of the Covites as your technical crew how could you not win?

Thank goodness -- we've got a small fortune wrapped up in tickets, busses, hotels & gas money for our summer shows. We would have to postpone the kid's college fund contributions until they were 80.
